Dear smileband viewers,

Leon Bailey who has play football in Jamaica, he is adopted by a Jamaican manager Craig butler, who adopted 22 children in Jamaica.

Leon Bailey skill and ability is a focus point that brings inspiration to younger Jamaican football players, he had his dream move to an English club.

Aston Villa took over Leon Bailey, as he was a talent that took to the eye of scouts, Leon Bailey is upset about the Jamaican nation team

Leon Bailey states that he does not get paid, they are not organised when time comes to train, Jamaican football need to change there head office, as it’s corrupted and not professional.

Jamaican nation team earn revenue from big game’s and competition’s they play, there should not be a need for professional players to not earn value for playing for their nation team.

Jamaica is a developing country, Leon Bailey bring’s a new life to the team, his success at Aston Villa is a huge achievement and testament for the nation level and club level that he plays.

Jamaica need’s to gain support for the international council of FIFA, as it need’s to involve them self in the progress, as there need’s to be a regulation in the team that gives that right perception and progression to all players.

This lack of confidence and respect and value to the players will not see Jamaica play as a team, it will not be 100% game play.

The fact is through a intelligent understanding which is a history of enslavement that Jamaica keeps within their grasp as it’s a nation that needs to follow the rules or standards required by FIFA

Leon had a time when he was going to put up his boots but he has stood by the team, even tho he is at a high valued club like Aston Villa.

This is a test which needs a change which needs to show loyalty within a foundation, “that needs to grow” it’s all about passion and heart, funding needs to have a scale within the team, as its professional players that earn a value for their image.

The big word is professional, as this is not what Jamaica has within their football structure, it shows that when professional athletes and coaches are a team it works.

There needs to be more Jamaican players playing at a high level of football, this is neglect” FIFA should pay attention that all nations team around the world should have players in leagues that match high international standards.

There needs to be an investment structure within the foundation of Jamaican football, “it’s a need for a start” as it’s starts with the men’s football not women’s.

Men’s football is the foundation and history in all cultures around the world, women’s football is second to the class of men’s football, as Leon Bailey describes that sometimes they place the women’s football kit not the men’s in front of his eyes.

As this is a disrespect to the culture of men” who are the founders of football as a whole. This would lack the confidence in the team to address something of that nature to a man in football.

Leon Bailey feel’s that he is in danger when playing for Jamaica, he feels exposures within the Jamaica nation team, no security or protection, as it’s a need for them to change, as it’s killing football in Jamaica for the adults and the future of kids that want a profession.

Jamaica needs help to form a structured foundation in professional football.
