Dear smileband viewers,

The news is that coach mcClaren is going to head coach to Jamaica in to a new era, the old term reggae boys is a matter that might need consideration” as it’s a new scope, a purpose that excite’s the future of Caribbean football.

Jamaica has performed at a level in the competitions that showed real experience based on their motive, it’s all about focus and discipline for the Jamaican football team.

This is the success route that becomes for a valued football player in the sport that is loved by people around the world.

Steve McClaren has stated that the Jamaican football team have great potential, a fact that give’s respect to Steve” as he has coach at the highest level in football and seen the best players in front of his eyes.

It’s a matter of true consideration that the Jamaican football team should shape up, “as Leon Bailey stated” the lack of professionalism is at a low grade, as it make’s Leon not want to play football for his own national side Jamaica.

Steve has worked with players like beckham, Terry, and Rio Ferdinand, as this is a matter of courageous leadership that has seen Steve gain the knowledge and mindset, as a manager over the years, as this is a improvement scale to his career.

It’s all about a structure and a foundation, a matter of logical football tactics, a sight that has vision and passion, the true ability that is within the players, as Jamaica has a lot of skilled heritage players in the primer league that don’t play for them, as it’s England” as a choice that they select due to being English born.

Let’s hope Steve has the skill and ability to change the scope of Jamaica for the better, as it’s a tuff task that requires top management skills and a strong mind set that see’s him get use to a different climate and surroundings.

Every manger has stick and temperament, as this is the sport that makes football, it’s a hard task being a manager that need’s to bring change to a team that are lacking the right posture and positioning, key strength on all key muscles are needed to gain that right frame that structure’s the body as a professional football player, as this is a team that needs to hold strong for future preference.
